You must practice a lot, and try to find acting and talent agents who will help you find a spot on the channel.

you get a agent and if they like you you ask them if you can make an album and it could be on disney channel

or you find people who have a recording studio so they will record you and they will make a album out of you and sell it. if the disney channel agants see your cd and they like it and think you are a perfect person, they will put you on disney channel

1. Practice! Practice is very important in order to get into this career! You don't have to join a billion plays, but maybe one or two. Something helpful is to read lines out of a movie! For example, pretend you are auditioning for the part of Mitchie on Camp Rock. Watch Camp Rock and then think about a part in the movie in which Mitchie does really good acting in and where she has more than one line. Repeat her lines in the way she did it. Do this in front of a mirror so you can see your facial expressions, this really helps!
2. Make sure you have support. Make sure your family and even your friends support you 1000% on this! You're going to need a lot of support in order to get into this business! If your parents don't want you to do this, then sit down with them and tell them that this is your dream and they shouldn't stop you from achieving your dream. Get up and show them how good you act and/or sing! Make sure you have a lot of confidence too!
3. Look for auditions. You got enough practice? Good! Now it's time to find auditions and maybe even an agent! You don't have to have an agent, but agents are really helpful when it comes to finding auditions! Google Disney Channel auditions and see what comes up! Look at what you need to do in order to get into the audition. You will probably need a resume or portfolio and an 8x10 photo of yourself and then send it to the company and see if they can get you an audition. Try to go for local auditions, some auditions move around to different states and countries, but most of them are in certain states! Always look at local auditions first, before you fly a couple of states over!
4. LA OR NY? NEITHER!- everybody says the same thing-"You HAVE to move to NY or LA!!" It doesn't really matter where you live, unless you're doing a big movie or show and have to move to NY or LA, but you'd most likely move to LA because NY is more for theater not films. So for now, live where ever you live now and maybe in the future you'll be living in LA.
5. Get the look...NO. THE LOOK!-um what look is that?!?!?! You don't have to look perfect and extremely attractive! Keep yourself the way you are! Some roles in movies may ask you to look a certain way and if you really want to get that role that should be the only time you change your look. You don't have to look perfect, but you have to look presentable! Wear clean clothes and take care of yourself. that's all you really need! You don't need to look like a replica of Jessica Alba or Brad Pitt!
6. KEEP GOING!!-once you get your career going, keep auditioning for more movies and shows! They're not just gonna come and find you all the time! You have to work at this career! You have to have a passion for acting/singing. If you want this just for fame, chances are you're not going to get into the business!

* PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!
* Look presentable at auditions and don't wear wacky clothes or formal clothes! Wear normal clothes! A nice shirt and a pair of Capris or jeans!
* You may want to go to an acting or singing school or get a teacher for that!
* In the acting/singing career certain skills may be needed in the future such as dancing so its always good to know some extra skills because chances are you're gonna need them in the future! so start taking some dance classes! hey, it can land you a BIG ROLE in the future!

* Agents should not ask you for money. They make their money through getting you jobs. If they try to charge you right up front, it could be a scam, be careful.
* Be prepared to be rejected. Sometimes you are not what people are looking for but that doesn't mean you should give up! No way! Keep on looking for more auditions! You get rejected, so what! Show someone else how awesome you are at acting and singing!
